They shove the tip screen in your face first thing at the drive through. I spent $35 for two combo meals at the drive through and then the first choice on the tip screen was a $5 tip. I left a tip because it was embarrassing to be put on the spot like that, but I won't be back. This was our first time to try Dave's Hot Chicken. $40 for two basic chicken sandwiches, fries and a drink was too much. I hope a manager sees this.

Update to my raving review!! Nope. I take it all back. They discontinued the cauliflower option so now it's no more Dave's hot chicken for me That stinks!

Only car in line in the drive thru and waited for about 10 minutes for my food which totaled $35 for a #2 and a #3 and 2 sodas.. then when I got home and opened it up it looked like the cheese still had the plastic wrap on it??? I ended up calling and did receive a full refund hence the 2 stars but will not return..

Great food but the wait can be critical. I'm currently in the drive thru 20 minutes after ordering and haven't moved a car length. Order in advance or you might be late returning to work. Lost a star because of the wait time.

My wife and I went here last week. We went through the drive-thru. The staff were indifferent. They looked bored and disinterested. We bought chocolate shakes with M&M's on top. I'd never been served a warm milkshake until now. Seriously, the shakes were warm. My wife says that this place advertises that they use "real ice cream" in their shakes. Very disappointing. Did drive through, only one car in front of us, took a super long time to just get the number 1. Bread was plain white bread not toasted at all, with one smear in the middle of a piece with a tiny spot of spice. French fries were greasy and over seasoned. Chicken was moist but smothered with so much paprika and spice you couldn'tenjoy the chicken, no wow factor at all. Will not be going back

Service was good food didn't do it for me. Rub is overly salty and dry. Sorry Dave, just my opinion.

So they opened at 11am. We made our order at 11:02 am. Given a buzzer. Soda machine out front didn't work. Had to get soda from back. Our buzzer vibrated at 11:17am, went to get food. Said they hadn't started our order yet ??.?.what's that about ?? With them opening at 11am. I looked around, numerous tables were dirty.
