Ordered my food. Waited 40 minutes. Went to the counter to see what was going on. They completely forgot about the order and weren't even making it. Asked for a refund. Will not be returning to this location.

We would come here pretty often and we actually enjoyed it but the last time we came here my boyfriend's order looked like it had been messed with and we called the same day to complain about it and they told me they would issue us a full refund mind that was January 15th and I waited a full week and decided to call back they told me the same thing that they would issue me a refund so I waited and each time I called they would either tell me that they were going to issue me a refund or that they would talk to there manager. ... read more

This was ridiculous. Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes and this is how they bagged our food. Im never coming back.

They shove the tip screen in your face first thing at the drive through. I spent $35 for two combo meals at the drive through and then the first choice on the tip screen was a $5 tip. I left a tip because it was embarrassing to be put on the spot like that, but I won't be back. This was our first time to try Dave's Hot Chicken. $40 for two basic chicken sandwiches, fries and a drink was too much. I hope a manager sees this.

Update to my raving review!! Nope. I take it all back. They discontinued the cauliflower option so now it's no more Dave's hot chicken for me That stinks!

Only car in line in the drive thru and waited for about 10 minutes for my food which totaled $35 for a #2 and a #3 and 2 sodas.. then when I got home and opened it up it looked like the cheese still had the plastic wrap on it??? I ended up calling and did receive a full refund hence the 2 stars but will not return..

Great food but the wait can be critical. I'm currently in the drive thru 20 minutes after ordering and haven't moved a car length. Order in advance or you might be late returning to work. Lost a star because of the wait time.

My wife and I went here last week. We went through the drive-thru. The staff were indifferent. They looked bored and disinterested. We bought chocolate shakes with M&M's on top. I'd never been served a warm milkshake until now. Seriously, the shakes were warm. My wife says that this place advertises that they use "real ice cream" in their shakes. It did not taste like they did. They tasted like what a warm McDonald's milkshake would taste like, and that's not good. I am not the only person who stated that Dave's sh... read more

Very disappointing. Did drive through, only one car in front of us, took a super long time to just get the number 1. Bread was plain white bread not toasted at all, with one smear in the middle of a piece with a tiny spot of spice. French fries were greasy and over seasoned. Chicken was moist but smothered with so much paprika and spice you couldn'tenjoy the chicken, no wow factor at all. Will not be going back
