asking for tips before getting the food special when you're not eating inside it's very annoying to be ask for tips when you don't have food yet I always use the drive way and don't even dine inside the restaurant

Cashier, Francis was rude when we ask for extra sauce. Closing the window and trying to ignoring us. Try hiring people who want to work

I liked it but it was too hot. Would've given five stars but the bathroom code was NOT secure. If you want peace and quiet in the bathroom, do NOT go to this Dave's Hot Chicken.

Food is ok, not worth the 20 minute wait to get my food. If you are the manager or work there please let ppl know if you think it'll be later than like 5 minutes this was at 2 today and there was 2 ppl ahead of me. I got the medium spicy and it didn't have much flavor

The food was okay. It's chicken strips and nothing stood out over other chicken strips. We got some mild and some hot. Hot wasn't that hot for us. Fries were good. Fry sauce was excellent!! No one was there (customers )and we had to wait for quite a while for ordering and being served. You get a piece of white sliced bread under your strips?? The buns on the sliders were fine though we prefer for toasted. The slider slaw was also fine but nothing to write about.

Ordered my food. Waited 40 minutes. Went to the counter to see what was going on. They completely forgot about the order and weren't even making it. Asked for a refund. Will not be returning to this location.

We would come here pretty often and we actually enjoyed it but the last time we came here my boyfriend's order looked like it had been messed with and we called the same day to complain about it and they told me they would issue us a full refund mind that was January 15th and I waited a full week and decided to call back they told me the same thing that they would issue me a refund so I waited and each time I called they would either tell me that they were going to issue me a refund or that they would talk to there manager. ... read more

This was ridiculous. Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes and this is how they bagged our food. Im never coming back.
