I was waiting for Dave's hot chicken to come closer because our friend who ate at their queen street location was raving about it. And it did live up to his raving. One of the best Nashville fried chicken places. My partner got the reaper hot and I got extra hot. The reaper was hot but extra hot was just right, not too crazy spicy. we got the 2 tender combo on a take out. I tried a mild and medium, I thought they both taste good. I think lite mild would be good for me next time. They did have bread at the bottom of the fried chicken. It kept all the moist away and kept the chicken dry and crispy. Thats what I love. Dry rub. The fries were also great. Everything is crispy as expected. Everything is as spicy as it should be.

Dave Hot's Chicken is an absolute delicious fast food chain. Food ( 8/10 ) - The chicken tenders are super big and filling despite not looking it. It's smothered in this super flavorful spice rub. The tenders are juicy and crispy as well. Was excited to try their hottest choice of chicken "Reaper" It was not that reaper level that I remember from local wing places. It was a lot milder. I blew my nose once and my lips were mildly burning. Dry rubbed chicken with Dave's sweet sauce was a good combination though. Then you bite into pickles to cool down.

Dave's rocks! The sliders and tenders are extraordinary, especially if you are looking for a kick-in fire! The crew is very friendly, they are very attentive and helpful with whatever you may need! The design is so fresh, and vivid and gives you a mix of L.A and Toronto which is perfect! This new location is without a doubt incredible and couldn't be more grateful to everyone at Dave's! Definitely recommend visiting.

This is the fourth location in Canada, all four in Toronto. The soft opening was 2023-05-11 and grand opening was 2023-05-12. All menu items are halal. The Tenders are served with white wonder bread, pickles, and fries. The fries are crinkle-cut and are crunchy. The Sliders are served with a brioche bun, kale slaw, and pickles. I used to love this place, but the tenders have shrunk and the price has gone up. This place is out of reach for a lot of younger torontoians and that is sad AF bc they do good food, the question for you will be are you feeling like youre getting value or ripped off. I feel ripped off

Ordered Daves #4 and #1today for takeout and they forgot the pickles and the fries for #4. The slider was so cold and it was as if they had it premade. I get that it was super busy because of Alpha shawarma opening but i have had Daves multiple times and this was so bad. How can i get a refund, i have my receipt.
