Ordered Daves #4 and #1today for takeout and they forgot the pickles and the fries for #4. The slider was so cold and it was as if they had it premade. I get that it was super busy because of Alpha shawarma opening but i have had Daves multiple times and this was so bad. How can i get a refund, i have my receipt.

This was my first time trying Dave's and I will not be coming back. We ordered the food for delivery and when it showed up.. it was cold, full of oil and looked like it went through a tornado. I could have handled it being cold because I could have warmed it up but the presentation and quality was unacceptable. How do you toss a receipt on someone's food? It was so oily and the cheese fries.... We're not cheese fries. We were charged a $1.19 for adding cheese to the fries and there was literally a speck of cheese on them.

Best fucking chicken I've ever had. They need to add refills on the truck sauce though
Ordered ahead with UberEats for pickup so I could avoid the long lineups... received notification that my order is ready at 5:47pm and I walked through the doors at 5:48pm. I see an order waiting for pickup and ready to go on their "pickup shelf" behind the counter, so I ask the employee behind the shelf if my order is ready -I show my order to him on the UberEats app and tell him my name -he does acknowledge me, looks at my phone but then walks away and takes someone else's order. Delicious chicken tenders, nice spice options, but the bun they give with the sandwich is pathetic.. it's like a little McDonald's hamburger bun served with a kids meal.. I hope they improve the bun to have a better sandwich
