TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Service was friendly. Painting in the restaurant was cool. Food was good. Loved their special sauce and fries.
Pretty good. Crispy batter, tender piece of chicken, choose range of heat. But only sliders not a full chicken breast. And not sure I saw anything else other than fries. But, if all you're looking for is a smaller hot chicken sandwich and some french fries, this could be your place.
The tenders were juicy and not dry at all, but the medium wasn't spicy in the least? And it was really salty so I don't know if they put too much paprika or cayenne pepper or what, but it got saltier after each bite. The sauce tasted good though, reminds me of raising canes. Fries were way too salty. Wait time is alright. My stomach started to hurt after the first tender so idk if I would come back.

Delicious, Crispy Hot Chicken! The fries are always on point here crispy outside and soft inside. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and the slaw is delicious and refreshing on the sandwich.

I have to say my first time there the Mild Chick Sandwhich w Cheese No Cole Slaw was FANTASTIC. The wait was a Tad Long but worth it. This was Wed Nite 7:00 on 4/24/24. Heres my issue this girl working there kept saying AWESOME over & over again. She would say for every customer 2 or 3 time for every customer. It got really annoying, is this some sorta thing they are trained for ? I still give you a 5 star but for the of God hearing AWESOME over & over is lil Annoying
