TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Customer service was amazing! Whole crew looks like they enjoy their job.. which lets me know my food will be made perfect. Store was really clean and store ambiance was enjoyable. GREAT JOB!
Gerson was a wonderful employee I met. I absolutely recommend this Dave's Hot Chicken for any fried chicken fan. He was so awesome and kind. Such a wonderful person! Great energy

I went in a few weeks ago on a Friday to pick up my uber eats order. The app said it should have been ready yet it was not. Obviously this was frustrating because I could have waited at home, especially because I currently am in a walking boot with a broken foot. Tyler, whom I can only assume is the manager was stellar!
