I went to Dave's Hot Chicken and was helped by a girl named Julissa. She had super good customer service patient, friendly . She took my order fast and made sure everything was right. You can tell she actually cares about her job and the customers . She made the whole experience way better.

Isaiah was one of the kindest people I've ever dealt with. He was patient, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping me. He didn't rush me or make me feel like I was bothering him he took his time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. You can tell he actually wants his customers to feel valued. I really appreciate the way he treated me, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

The food was terrific and the service was outstanding thanks to the mid-night all-star team killing the customer service bravo guy's shout out to (Danny, Jacob and Julissa!) I was also genuinely impressed and pleasantly surprised of how clean bathroom was and the seat was even down lol.I will definitely be coming back to this specific location for all of theses 5- $TARS across the board !!!!!!!

Any of the Dave's Hot locations that I've been to have always had pretty good customer service, but THIS is the one you want to go to for real... literally knocks it out of the park! Not just one, but ALL of the employees here are ALWAYS: attentive, SO friendly & cool, and working hard whether they are working register, kitchen, or just simply keeping the entire restaurant sparkling clean!
