Abdy is awesome and she attended to us while we were waiting. This is what customer service is. As for the food, my kids love it!
We've visited a few times and they do consistently keep up a clean store/ front/eating area. (Bathrooms are also clean) the food is good! Although, I will say that the chicken breast sometimes scares me of how large it is! Like super pumped with hormones or something.... But, I digress, the taste is good and some people like the extra large chicken- The customer service is what I can't speak much of because each time we've ordered through the kiosk. Abby was very nice, personable, and helped us get our order in no problem! The restaurant itself is very clean and well air conditioned.
We come to daves and also doordash all the time!! Today the service was so good! Abby was so sweet and helped us out!! P.s. Im soooooo happy the cauliflower is back!!!!!!!!!!
Customer service was really good!! However. The food was okay. The chickens in my sandwich were very small compared to other places. The cheese fries were pretty dry, i.e not enough cheese! Do better pls.

Customer service is always excellent here. Employees always happy and Place is always clean when I go. Food is always good here. Yazmin is super nice and friendly. Oh and the restroom really clean and smells good! (If you care about that) Thank you.
Great consistent go-to. Easy online ordering, super clean inside with good customer service. Would like a bigger menu for a variety.
We placed a big order for my daughter's birthday party (trays of the mini sliders) and it was all packed up and ready for pick up ten minutes before the scheduled time. I spoke to a manager days before to make sure everything was confirmed and it's great to see the commitment to excellence from start to finish. Everyone really enjoyed the sliders! Thank you again for the elite customer service and the yummy food! We will be back for sure!
I don't know why this place wasn't full of people when I went close to lunch time on a weekend! Order through the kiosk. Food didnt take long at all. You can choose tbe spice level and it is accurate imo. Service was friendly and helpful. Place was clean. I got the #4 slider with fries and loved it! Its a lot of food for the price which was comparable
