Dave's hot chicken in Monrovia does a great job at creating a hospitable environment. The food speaks for itself. Great chicken that explodes with flavor instantaneously when you take a bite. The milkshakes are amazing and creamy.

Abby helped me a lot and provided great customer services. This is by far the best dave's hot chicken i've been to. they weren't greedy with the honey or food. I also dined it, the place is clean and cleaned bathroom.

One of my favorite locations for Dave's. I have been here more than once. The staffs here were so efficient. They were pretty friendly. During the free sliders day, there was a staff greeting people at the door and instructing customers when to enter. That way it wouldnt get so crowded. Orders were taken and names were called in minutes. I think I was in and out in 20 or 30 minutes at most. This was consider fast compared to other places who offered free stuff/foods, imo. Love this Daves Hot....Flower is a sweetheart...She is kind and helpful..The food we were served was hot,Fresh and Delicious... .Her Manager should appreciate her...She's awesome,helpful and makes all feel welcome upon entering Daves!!!! They dishes out the order within minutes...Hot and good to go! 'I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!"
Abdy is awesome and she attended to us while we were waiting. This is what customer service is. As for the food, my kids love it!
We've visited a few times and they do consistently keep up a clean store/ front/eating area. (Bathrooms are also clean) the food is good! Although, I will say that the chicken breast sometimes scares me of how large it is! Like super pumped with hormones or something.... But, I digress, the taste is good and some people like the extra large chicken- The customer service is what I can't speak much of because each time we've ordered through the kiosk. No room for employee engagement as they just call your name once your food... read more
