TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

the food was very good and very clean and the service is good and her name laissa was awesome.
I went to Dave's and Ray helped me out. She was really kind and had great energy. I'm definitely coming back.

Tried cheese on the slider and fries for the first time and its a game changer. I really like their fries that are very crispy, but adding the cheese (nacho type cheese) made it taste so good even though its a little soggy after a while, it adds a new dynamic to the flavor profile of the fries. The cheese in the slider also goes well and will now alternate between cheese and no cheese when i come again. Excellent addition to your meal.

Wowza! Great staff & friendly food, wait, -reverse that & just go to Dave's Hot Chicken in Monrovia!
Super clean restaurant with very fast service. I've tried the cauliflower sandwich and it is delicious. I did notice that there was significantly less cauliflower in the dish the second time I tried it; however, it's probably a fluke. I will definitely come back!
The food is consistently fresh and service is helpful & friendly. Shout out to Rae for her help today!
