TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The food was pretty good, daves number 1 is quality, the service by - Kealani Was good, and the ambiance of the place is very laid back, Brooklyn vibes. 10/10
Love coming here! Food is always great restaurant is super clean, and the staff is always amazing. We came in around 10pm on Sunday and Kealani took our order she was so sweet and patient with us (my 10 year old kept changing his order ) food came out timely and as always hit the spot. If you're craving fried chicken this is the place to be!
I love this Dave's location. They are quick and service is great. Kehlani was super nice and helpful. The food is always good and the space is huge.
Very good the spice is immaculate the fries is a must. fit for anyone 10/10 would come again. Kealani is a very sweet cashier.
First time trying Dave's hot chicken and it was solid. The place is clean and my order came out fairly quick. I got Dave's #4 hot, which isn't really hot, but it's seasoned well along with the fries! They're generous with the pickles too
We weren't sure if the tenders would be filling enough on its own, but they are MASSIVE. The Hot Box - Tenders ($40) also comes with 5 slices of toast, so it was quite filling. Mild is the perfect level for me, where I can enjoy the spice without being in any pain, but I might try the next level in the future. I really appreciate how hot the chicken stays, even after driving home. The crispy exterior and tender inside paired with the Dave's sauce that has just a hint of sweetness, ugh my favorite.
This is a new location and the store is very nice and clean. The art and decor of this store is top notch and I love the design! I've only picked up food for delivery (for someone else) so I can't give that a rating. The attendant said hi and asked me what I needed right away. The place was not so busy when I came in. I will come back to try it though because I know it will be good. I've tried Dave's in other LA location but not this one just yet. Will report back after I tried it!
Insanely great service and quality. Food is always fresh and never dry which is hard to pull off. Depending on how much burn you're craving, they have it all I'm here any chance I get
darn good chicken sandwiches fantastic spice , if you like spicy this is definitely your choice .
