TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

First time ordering from Dave's Hot Chicken. They greeted me upon arriving. Decided to split the number 2 with a friend. Heard the mild was spicy so we got the Lite Mild. Perfect for someone who likes a little spicy. Still flavorful. The chicken piece was large that it extended from the bun and was moist and tender! Not greasy at all! The fries were crispy and tasty. Jocelyn and adrien were amazing ! This is my first time trying food and it was delicious ! I was also surprised when they told me drake bought into the franchise ! That's my favorite artist ! Now it's my favorite food joint !!!

Thank you for the shake samples last night! My meals were great, Number 1 combo and a Number 3 for my gf and son to share. Those "Slider"s are normal sized sandwiches. All around great taste and spice on the chicken and fries with cheese were perfect. Can't wait to come back!
Came by again this afternoon, its great to see that service and food quality are consistently good at this location. It always nice and clean too! We will definitely be making this a regular lunch spot for us (: We also happened to get Annette as our Cashier again, she is always soo sweet, even though there was some lady being a Karen next to us. All of the workers held their composure and acted professionally towards this rude lady, which says a lot about their characters. Love this place.
