Do yourself a favor and go here instead of the raising canes down the street. For about the same price you get bigger, juicier, more flavorful chicken. I was incredibly surprised at how stellar the sliders were I'm so used to mini portions when I order any " slider". Adding the American cheese was a good choice. I got mild and could already fill the spice coming. You could easily split the plate with another person First time here and I will be back.

Nice environment, nice chicken. Situated in a popular strip mall in Monrovia, same location as it's used to be the apple bee. Plenty of parking. And the restaurant is pretty spacious as well. They got both indoor and outdoor (patio) dining. The outdoor area is build up nicely. Instead of putting just a few tables and umbrella out. It's actually enclosed with big windows. This is my first time at this restaurant, and it just opened in Monrovia. I ordered the sliders. You can pick how hot you'd like it (they have a "no spice" option if you have little ones, or don't like spicy food). I like to try a few options when I try a place for the first time. You can order the spice level for each slider (it comes with 2). I ordered one medium with cheese, and one hot. I for the regular fries and a chocolate milkshake. The meals don't come with a drink. Not bad!! I've never been to Daves before but since they moved into the neighborhood I had to try them! Came on a weekday evening and it was busy. The hubby and I tried the sliders which were tender, juicy, and flavorful. Just fyi my husband tried the medium and said it wasn't spicy at all. I'm not a fan of spice so I tried the mild lite and it was nice. The fries, I would not recommend. They tasted like greasy frozen fries literally nothing special. This location just opened up down the street from my place and my husband and I placed an order today, their system was having difficulty and didn't want to process my payment. The manager took over our order and got us in and out of there with ease. We so appreciate this hardworking manager and his whole team. Finally a hot chicken sandwich worthy of being called "spicy". You pick the level of heat. I recommend mild or hot. My new favorite chicken sandwich.

7.7.2023 This is the new one right off the i-210 freeway, It's clean and convenient with ample parking . Decorated for the younger crowd and *VERY* noisy, inside and out door seating . Good, FAST service plus they come to the table to ensure you're happy . Went on opening day and thought I'd test their set up. I was daring and ordered through their app which can be dicey on an opening day. Dave's hit the target perfectly. Drive there, walked in, waited about 30 seconds and was handed my food. Got home and chowed down. Food was great. Can't wait to go back!
