Food service was good, nice friendly staff. I got the 2 tenders with fries. The fries were just meh, just a 5 out of 10. The tenders, mild, were ok, nothing to write home about. The food was hot and fresh for sure, but honestly I don't understand the "hype". I guess because it's a new food joint, local Tysons' folk can rejoice in another option. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give the chicken a 6. Perhaps different spice levels may improve the experience.

Happy to finally have a Dave's in Virginia! After hearing so much hype about the hot chicken chain, I tried it a week after their grand opening. The lines were long but moving really fast and I really appreciated that there was an employee managing the line. Our food took about 15-20 min to get ready and there was ample seating. Tried the #3 and it was a good amount food. I do think their spice level is not that hot compared to other restaurants like Hangry Joe's. Would I recommend this spot is not even a question! The answer will always be YES if they keep up the quality. I love Dave's! I'm soo sooooo happy they've finally come to our knock of woods. Probably the juiciest and most favorable fast food hot chicken spot you've had. This locations line is very long and it's really busy right now due to it opening up last week. Parking lot right outside. The vibe is chill and the service was AMAZING! Honestly the sweetest and best customer service I've had in a while. The food was okay.The chicken is soft and juicy which was amazing but the outside layer is overly seasoned and over powering. The Mac and cheese was not very special and was not my personal favorite but I'm still glad I tried it. the fries are DELICIOUS and the sauce is really great as well.

Friday night and I'm tired after a long week of work and in the mood for something different for dinner. Checked Yelp for new and hot restaurants and saw that Dave's finally opened. In fact, today is opening day. Cool! Stopped by to find a good crowd waiting in line to order and get their food. The indoor seating was full and the outdoor seating was about half full. Opening day and the team is crushing it. Great, fast food and service. Plenty of seating. Even with the opening day crowd they were quick and efficient. Very friendly and greeting people at the door. We had the sliders, tenders, cheese fries and macaroni and cheese and it was all delicious.

Dave's is coming to Virginia WHOOP WHOOP! It's about time, especially since they are already in Maryland & DC. The restaurant will be on the northern corner of the Pike Plaza 7 strip mall in Tyson's Corner. Dave's describes themselves as a fast-casual restaurant serving Nashville hot chicken. This food has to be the WORST I have ever put in my body. No clue how this is even edible. Around 8:30 pm on Friday night, I decided to stop at Dave's Hot Chicken. Boy, do I regret doing this.
