I'm not the biggest fan of Dave's to be quite honest. The chicken sandwich tasted like school lunch, and maybe it's just me but it had a plastic or McDonald's taste to it. Kraft Mac and cheese is better than theirs. The best thing I had was there fries and honey. Overhyped imo.

So long story short, me and my 11 yr old were coming from a long day at a mall, and we wanted good, buttery, spicy chicken. So we came to this exact place. It. Was. TERRIBLE! It made my daughter and I sick after only a few nibbles. Also mild has no special seasoning, just paprika no spice at ALL. Disgusted, will not go again.

I'm probably the biggest fan of Dave's Hot Chicken so when I visited this location for my birthday I was expecting nothing but the best. The location is small and all the tables get taken quickly. We were able to catch someone right as they got up. A few minutes after we ordered a family of 15+ people walked in. There was clearly not enough room for them, so they had to arrange tables to eventually get all sat together. In the meantime, they kind of hovered over people. The food here was terrible. The chicken had so much seasoning but somehow tasted straight up plain. The place was really nice and had an LA style to it. The customer service was also very good but the food just wasn't worth the 30$ I paid just for some chicken sandwiches. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Disappointing.. I took my Dad here for lunch. It was busy, & The man taking orders was rude & impatient. He wouldn't scan my rewards, & got upset about that. I asked for one mild & one spicy, he gave them both as mild. & they weren't spicy at all. Fries were okay, but needed to be cooked more. The Oreo shake was just ice cream with Oreos on top, which you had to pay extra for. And they didn't have any shake straws, & it was impossible to sip with a soda straw. Surprised that it would take 25 minutes from the time of payment to receive an order for a chicken sandwich and fries. Don't come here if you don't have a lot of time to wait.

The tenders themselves are not tossed the way most Nashville hots are done, Dave's tosses them in dry ingredients. There was really no flavor and if anything the dry rub was chalky. I got medium spicy and really all I tasted was paprika and cayenne. The bread was stale as well. Not a great experience.

Amazingly red, seasoned fried chicken that I thoroughly enjoyed. The reason my rating dropped is due to the cashier being incredibly rude to me. I asked a simple question to speak to the manager because I had a question about a family member of mine who has dietary restrictions... instead of turning around and calling his manager, he goes, "Go get the manager then."
