I was super excited about trying out this place because it was being hyped as the competitor to Cane's. I have seen people wait in line for like 45 minutes to a hour in a massive line to try their chicken tenders. Thankfully, we only waited in line for 20 minutes. Yeah, i was very disappointed thought the chicken would be tender and melt in your mouth. It was tough to chew and hard to swallow. Definitely, not tender. Dave's Hot Chicken is not what it is cracked up to be I had the #1 and the Chicken was too dark for it being fried the fryer oil was old the chicken was dark and the taste was not right even though it was packed the management had a hands off approach to the whole ordeal and it seemed as if they were cutting costs by not changing the oil in the fryer which I was not happy with even my friend that is a food connesueir was very disappointed and saying it is HALAL does not make it better it also means that there has to be pro... read more
