food was disappointing as expected based off the customer service. we came on Drake's birthday and the cashier rudely told part of our group that we weren't selected for the free sliders and took the promo off, when the people before and after us clearly "were selected." would be fine but the portion size was poor as well - would recommend a different chicken place instead.

The food is good. I tried the extra hot and they're not kidding around -- flavor was great but it is very spicy by American restaurant standards. I went on a Monday for lunch and it wasn't crowded at all. I waited maybe 10 mins for my food so I assume everything is cooked fresh to order. With the good out of the way, I'm giving them two stars because this place has a fatal flaw that really bothers me. This was a disaster for me. As I write, it is 1 AM and I can't sleep due to burping and tummy discomfort. I ordered 2 tenders and fries with "lite mild" spice, to go, and got home shortly after 5 PM. The tenders were covered in spice which was way too hot when I tasted it. I rinsed them off as much as possible and dried them with paper towels; they were still spicy (and horribly salty) but I thought they would be edible. Any attempt at tasting the food was spoiled by the extremely loud loudspeaker screeching each time an order was ready. We won't go back because of that. It was busy and there were a lot of numbers being shouted into a microphone. The numbers could have been announced in a normal speaking voice, but the workers were yelling into the microphone. I couldn't even have a conversation with the person I was with because of the noise of non-stop number shouting. See ya!

We bought food here a few hours ago for our job, and the packaging of our food was horrible/lazy. We bought four separate double sliders/fries combos. They brought out our food in 4 different Boxes, which would have been okay, BUT...... They packaged one combo separately (which was great), and the other three combos in a crazy way. One box had 3 chicken sliders, the other box had the other chicken sliders, and the final box had the fries for all three combos. Was excited to try this place. Unfortunately there's nothing to rave about here. The tenders were okay but they are covered in seasoning which you can choose how spicy you want it. It was not crispy but not soggy either? I ended up eating it without the coating that was on there. Fries were okay, I liked the little seasoning they added to the fries.
