TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The wife and I were driving by and could not help but notice the smell of the chicken ! We are definitely glad we got a bite to eat . The service was fast and the food was great. My only complaint was i opted for cheese in my wife's fries, and disappointingly, the cheese was cold ! But that's OK because I still ate all of them !. Great chicken sandwich and bites . Trendy and fun decor. The graffiti feels like a great call back to Manch Vegas taggers. Very welcoming staff. The chicken: This is, after all, what you came for... This isn't Princes or Hattie B's. They aren't trying to be either. Very well spiced and fried crispy. Super hot style made me sweat, but it is still edible. My lips burned for 15 minutes after I left. Well worth it for the money. I wasn't sure if Manchester was ready for hot chicken. Based on the steady stream of people in and out, I was mistaken.
So I finally decided to give it a try. Everyone raved about it but I let the excitement die down a bit so I wouldn't spend hrs in line. The chicken is honestly very good quality. After hearing about Dave's Hot Chicken I finally stopped by. Overall the food was good. Really enjoyed the seasoned fries. The mild chicken had great taste and this location's theme was interesting.
A great place to eat I got a chicken slider with a side of mac & cheese and a fountain beverage that came to $18. if you’re someone that loves spice, this is the place, they really don’t check out on the flavor. I got a hot chicken sandwich and it was exactly what I wanted. The mac & cheese is literally so good so creamy so smooth so flavorful. And their Dave’s sauce is not what I expected but still good.
