I work at the Helping Hands Homeless Shelter in Manchester. We have made multiple attempts to contact Dave's Hot chicken. We had a member named Keith here. He reported that he lost his job at Dave's Hot Chicken. He didn't have a place to stay, and had to resort to sleeping at Dave's Hot chicken just a few nights. So what did management do? Asked for a medium Oreo shake, cashier asks me if I want the base ice cream to be vanilla or chocolate. I say chocolate, and he immediately turns around and puts vanilla in it with about one crushed Oreo on top. Didn't realize until I got to my car. It was hardly a shake either, as the base was completely liquid. I'm giving it two stars because I got a good laugh out of how bad it was.

Waited over 15 minutes for a sandwich. The crinkle cut fries were cold and were no better than what you could make at home with grocery-freezer fries. The chicken was good quality but seasoning was gross - it tasted as if they dumped chili powder and cumin on tenders and that was it. Asked for here but was given a to-go container. Plenty of other places to be chicken from in the area - I would not recommend here

I was a fan until one time I ordered my usual "lite mild" because I am not a fan of spice. The slider was labeled lite mild, but I went and took a big bite and it was SO hot!!!! I had my partner try and it was even hot for him( he enjoys spicy food)! I was so disappointed! My mouth was on fire for quite some time. I spent $70 on a meal for me and my family and I couldn't even eat. I'm scared this will happen again so I won't be back.

Ordered two combo meals, two drinks, and two sides of mac & cheese, and it cost just over $47. Insane, especially given how small the portions are. Drinks should be included in the cost of the combo meals, paying $3.49 for a regular size drink is asking a lot, even if there are complimentary refills. The young woman working behind the counter was very polite, so no issues there. However, besides the small portions for the price, it took close to 20 minutes before the food was ready. I came all the way from Hawaii to try this place and honestly I was immensely disappointed. upon my arrival I watched as a chef chased a rat the size of Master Splinter around before catching it and bringing it into the restaurant. Once inside I saw crack whores cooking topless in the kitchen and strippers in the dining area giving out 40 dollar lap dances. I had my children with me and had to explain to my 8 year old with MS why she couldn't be a stripper too. You crushed my child's heart and for that I give you no points.
