The food was good, but the staff were so friendly! For a fast food joint I never thought there would be kind people being the counter. So who ever was working on September 9th at 4:45pm great job! I believe her name was Roxy and the lady who was cooking were so friendly. HUGE shoutout to those ladies.

5/5 Had a great experience at Dave's Hot Chicken! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and the service made the visit even better. Special shoutout to Joleen for the excellent customer service--she was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. Great food and great service. I'll definitely be coming back!

Walking in we were greeted with awesome service Jolene B was outstanding and extremely friendly and helpful she definitely knows her job. Food was great perfect taste my daughter definitely enjoyed her she finished it first. Jolene thanks for making our trip pleasant

Had the chance to recently visit Dave's Hot Chicken in Santa Maria. I'd been to the San Luis Obispo location previously but didn't get in a review...so here are some thoughts. Both restaurants were clean in appearance and prompt in their ordering counter customer service. Suggestions were made by Jolene (Cashier/Associate) regarding "the heat" levels one could select...and if you haven't been before, the edification should be welcomed.
