Sheesh. Expect to wait 45 min to an hour. 6/19/24 16:22hrs This team needs a lot of help with organization and efficiency. Perhaps some specific processes to be put in place.

I kept seeing the commercial for the cauliflour burger, so I went and got one. It was a slider, not a full sandwich and with fries it was 14.00 The cauliflour sandwich was such a letdown because it was so greasy and thin that the cauliflour was transparent. Each bite was drenched in grease. I really wanted to go to the front counter and ask for a refund, but I didn't because the cashier that took my order was so pleasant, and it was so crowded that it would have been very awkward, so I just called it a loss. Used to be a huge fan of DAVE's, now I'm leaving a 1 star review. This pile of food was sitting at the window when I walked in and ordered a few sliders. Waited for 30 mins at which point someone from the back came out and grabbed some of the boxes from the pile and gave it to me. It was cold to the touch, I specifically checked. They did the same to the 2 other people who had ordered before me. Cold food that had sat in the window for 30 mins. Restaurant called and said my order had been basically stolen by a DoorDash driver and they refused to remake the order and it was up to me to cancel and get refund. Since I am a repeat customer of at least 8-10 orders (through DoorDash), I think they could easily have just remade the order and not risk losing a loyal customer. Instead, I had to go through a lengthy cancellation process with DoorDash. A good business would not risk losing a customer over one order. Bad decision on their part.

Waited an HOUR for some chicken and was only notified after we ordered that it would take this long. I'm all for fresh chicken but after waiting for an hour is unacceptable; I'd rather get food else where. It would be acceptable if it was extremely busy but there were only maybe 3-4 tables occupied while everyone stood around waiting for their food. They even ran out of beverage lids for togo orders so people had open cups. Will never be returning to this location again.

Came here on a Friday night and waited upwards of 45 minutes for our food and the store didn't even look busy! There seemed to be no sense of urgency with the staff. They had so many online orders the in-person customers suffer. Will not be coming back purely because no fast food is worth the wait.

Tired from work, wanted to get something good to make my day better, THEY TOOK a whole HOUR to make my food, no matter how good the food was at that point, which trust me that shi was mid, not worth it, would not recommend

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for my food. I received a buzzer to tell me when my food is ready, however I noticed my order has been ready for about 15 minutes before they actually buzzed me.

Great sandwiches, worst service of all time. They either need a new manager or to fire the staff and start over. It's hard to justify ever coming back. Worst service I've seen in years from anywhere.
