Had to wait forever for my food, then when I got it my food was cold.. maybe food would be good if it was hot

people who work here are idiots. 3rd time they got my name and order wrong by switching it with someone else after ordering online with my name clear on my email and on my reciept. hire someone who can hear or knows english. do not go here they are slow and worse than the dmv. if i could do less than 1 star i would've save your time and money this place is a clown show.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I have only experienced this businesses food through pickup and delivery orders, I have only eaten in store once. The food is not the issue, it's the service. Great chicken sandwich, great mac and cheese. The problem with this place is they will always butcher your order. You will never receive what you actually order from them and most of the time it will be in their favor so you lose money. "Asap" online order was set for pickup at 8:49p when I ordered at 8:10p... staff was visibly overwhelmed when I came in. Sent my boyfriend in while I waited in the car. He arrived around 8:50p expecting to pick up and leave. Asked staff if order was ready and was told they would check. They didn't check the rack which was behind the counter. On his phone and has a attitude i been wating with my order for 40 minutes and instead of working hes on his phone
It's good food don't get me wrong. However, they are extremely understaffed and slow... it should NOT take one hour and 18 minutes for me to get my food. Just absolutely ridiculous... I've gone to different Dave's and the wait is typically 10-15 min at most. It's fried chicken... why on earth is it taking that long... and this is not the first time. Last time I went there I waited a solid 45 min. It's absurd. Something needs to be done.

Sheesh. Expect to wait 45 min to an hour. 6/19/24 16:22hrs This team needs a lot of help with organization and efficiency. Perhaps some specific processes to be put in place.
