TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I’m giving this 2 stars for the food and overall 4 stars bc although the chicken was freshly cooked, it did not seem cooked all the way through. There were parts of the meat that were slimy and gray in color, and some of the breading was also slimy and definitely undercooked. The chicken breading was also not crispy at all. **1ST TIME EXPERIENCE!!** My kids had heard about this place on social media so we gave it a go. As I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello, and I told the cashier it was my first time that I would need some time to look at the menu, she must have been new since I received no help whatsoever on family meal deals or just in general. I loved the service and atmosphere they had at this location. I will definitely come again with my family. Thank you to crystal for always being of great service. I saw her at the preston location and saw her here today. I was very excited to see that she was here for the opening this Friday morning. Will come again. best chicken aot, sauce was good too. alberto at the front was really professional and well mannered. crystal was also real sweet. overall great customer service.
