The two servers/cashiers were very good and very attentive! The chicken was not hot not HOT. It was pretty tasteless! Area was very noisy!

Well I'm still in drive- thru going on 6 minutes now and I'm totally disgusted. After 9:23 I got my order. I wanted to leave but couldn't escape. They told me they had five orders ahead of me and I must have forgotten that this is a FF restaurant! The was food hot, guys lighten up on the salt (if you have hypertension, stay away). Well this visit was a travesty and all I got was a sorry for the delay...blah Guys get your act together work on the logistics (that's management)

Service socks, stuck in drive thru for 30 minutes. No way to get out, and then they still got our order wrong.

Ordered and waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes just for them to get my order completely wrong and gave me a door dash order instead. All the while all of the employees were standing around and laughing. New location, not a great start.

I've always been curious about trying one of the Daves Hot Chicken chain restaurants! Unfortunately my experience was not very positive, both in terms of customer care and in terms of food. We only ordered two sliders and were able to collect our food 35 minutes after ordering (not busy day) because to my eye our order after being prepared was left on the pass for quite some time while the employees were not paying attention, and talking to each other. I'm reading many reviews left by family and friends of the employees.Let me leave a real authentic review. The place is clean employees are nice but they don't go out of their way give you great customer service. The chicken is undercooked (it could be they are trying to put a lot of orders out quickly). The bread is very cold. The Mac and cheese has a watery liquid sauce to it. The fries were crispy and hot. The shakes are good you could taste the real milk they use. The Music is loud but not obvious Loud.
