Do not waste your time going through the drive-through. I did this twice already and ended up waiting in drive-through for 35 minutes. No joke, no exaggeration! I was beyond livid, and unfortunately, I couldn't exit the driveway because people were in front of me and behind me. As we walked up to the register, we noticed a sign that said, "Check in with Yelp and get a free soda." My wife ordered two meals and an extra strip for $32. While she was ordering, I completed the check-in process on Yelp, answered about 15 questions, and showed the cashier. However, he responded, "That's not how it works. Food is good, slider roll was much smaller than normal. PLEASE turn down the music. I'm hard of hearing as it is, I wear hearing aids and still could not understand the cashier. It's to noisy.

you guys are considered a "fast food restaurant" but in reality you have people waiting 15-20 min at the drive-thru window, it's ridiculous. i understand if you guys were busy, but i was the only car in the the drive-thru and you guys had one customer eating inside... pretty ridiculous for one plain slider...

Absolutely terrible they messed my order and I requested a refund. Offered me a free meal I gave the spice level medium. Got the food and the supervisor handed me my food with a smirk on her face. I ate the chicken and my mouth was on fire she purposely gave me the spice level way above medium as a "get back" for complaining. 20 minutes wait in a drive through btw to get an incorrect order and a fake free meal used as a retaliation. Just go to the Palm Desert location this one is a JOKE

At the Cathedral City Dave's Hot Chicken, I purchase the # 1 meal median with no pickles that was last night for my first time. AT the drive-thru I was starting to order when the employee asked me what I wanted to order as I was letting him know he interrupts me and asked for a "Name" then he proceed to asked me again what I wanted to order. I love Dave's but this location is the sloooooooowesr one I've ever been to. I was first in line in the drive thru and it still took 30 minutes to fulfill my order. You all understand you're in the fast food category, right? And you make one item (chicken) right? Your food is great but it's not above fast food. So it should be less than a 30 minute wait after you ordered.

I think this place has the most horrible tasting chicken I have ever tried. I ordered one piece each of 3 different intensities and after one bite of each I said to myself, never again.

This might have been good chicken, if it wasn't buried in their spice blend. It was all I taste. Maybe ask them to go light on the spice blend.
