I dont understand people's hype about this place. It has thousands of reviews and 5 stars in LA. I spent 17$ to get 2 chicken strips and some fries and plain white bread. Like... The COGS on all that is probably 3-4$ at most. Meaning they got 13-14$ extra for free profit. This 2 strip combo should be 7.99$ lol. It's just never worth it to go out and buy fast food anymore. Both restrooms out of order at the same time. Unacceptable. And probably illegal. Order super slow as well. If the food weren't good this place would sink fast.

I waited 10 min for my order which is ok but then it comes out wrong I ordered it with no sauce and guess what's on there. I then send it back and i don't know if they were being lazy but they didn't remove the bottom bread which had sauce on it. If it was pickles I would have removed them but the sauce I can't do yuck.

Dined here with my family tonight, and the experience was terrible. First of all they messed up my order not once twice. The first time they fixed it was okay but the second time they gave us attitude didn't correct the mistake and told us that we were wrong. Finally the food was just cold

I ordered sliders no sauce , clarified three times bc the screen on the order read extra sauce ....once my order came out wrong they said they cant remake it and were super unproffesional and unhelpful. Seemed like even the manager didnt know what planet he was on.
We waited in the line 45 minutes before several orders (pickup, Doordash, etc) and we were also before 5-6 cars. We approached the line at midnight. Unfortunately, we didn't get service when we approached the window, could no order a single thing, and were told to drive off because they were closed. It was sad, ridiculous, and badly managed. Can never give extra Dave sauce. I asked for some and all they gave me was honey. Shouldn't be that difficult

Service was amazingly slow. The drive through took almost 10 min. prices too high for the value. I won't return.
