The food was insane. Customer service was a 10/10. Marisol is someone every restaurant should have, very kind and polite and was just door. Very clean store, the environment was just great.

Been hesitant to try daves and figured why not since it's fathers day let me treat myself. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered a LARGE popcorn chicken (and other items) and when I opened the box, you can reference the photos. It was HALF FULL. Seriously?? After spending $35 on my entire meal, for me to receive this is just pathetic and disappointing. Probably will never eat here again. #travesty
Been here a couple of times and usually it has been pretty good, both the food and customer service. But this time the food in particular was a bit lacking. I got the smallest tenders I have ever seen and its really dry too.
Concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Found a dead fly at the bottom of my fries. I am absolutely disgusted.
This place is horrible, doesn't work with customers and the clerk doesn't care to even try taking orders. Way over priced for the bs you'll face walking in. To start there is no mild spice limit and when asking about modifications don't even bother trying. They are all uptight acting like they can't reduce the amount of powder on the tenders. Small scoop of fries for $4.00 (not including tax) Smallest scoop of Mac n cheese for 4.50?! (Not including tax) - Didn't even fill up my 1 year old daughter And they put nearly no coleslaw on my sliders. The cashier said they go by scoops that they have and cannot do anything about it. Very disappointed on the amounts they charge for the little portions they give.
The good: tender, juicy moist and great flavors. The bad: undercooked and some pieces were still raw in the center. Dave's undercooked the chicken to make it juicy and moist and tasty but at the dire expense of having some of the pieces being raw in the center. We got 4 pieces and 2 of them were raw in the middle and I had to put it through the air fryer at home to recook them. Scary!

At first this place was good. Now it's a hit or miss. I hate getting small portions sized chicken. It's a waste of money! I want my sandwich to be the size of the pics and the ones those dumb would-be influencers on the ads. What a scam!! You might get a class action lawsuit like Burger King if you keep it up. Give me back my f*cking money you cheap ass b*tches!!
