This spot is my favorite to visit. Service is always friendly, kind, and helpful. The environment is super aesthetic and enjoyable. Food is excellent quality and delicious.
Best spicy chicken sandwich in the inland empire. Their slaw is a perfect compliment to the chicken. Robots make the fries which was fun to see.

Horrible customer service, didn't see the option for the Mac n Cheese to be with or without sauce. The lady at the front refused to exchange it and then asked the lady in the back who also refused to exchange it. She was rude and not understanding. Will not be returning to this location again.

Man, kinda bummed that the chicken was so mid. This was the kind of meal that felt like it fell right off the Sysco truck. Chicken was bland, bread had no flavor, slaw in the sandwich didn't add anything, but hey the pickles were an absolute banger. The sauce was also pretty tasteless. Absolutely disappointing. I ordered a hot and extra hot for myself and a medium for my husband and everything was medium. Even when they labeled it extra hot. The server was pissed and rolling her eyes because she expected tips even when i ordered on a kiosk and picked it to go. No napkins. No utensils no sauce. Zero customer service and 10/10 on bad attitude. Ive been to enough Dave's hot chicken to know that THIS LOCATION SUCKS!

Been hesitant to try daves and figured why not since it's fathers day let me treat myself. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered a LARGE popcorn chicken (and other items) and when I opened the box, you can reference the photos. It was HALF FULL. Seriously?? After spending $35 on my entire meal, for me to receive this is just pathetic and disappointing. Probably will never eat here again. #travesty
Been here a couple of times and usually it has been pretty good, both the food and customer service. But this time the food in particular was a bit lacking. I got the smallest tenders I have ever seen and its really dry too.
Concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Found a dead fly at the bottom of my fries. I am absolutely disgusted.
This place is horrible, doesn't work with customers and the clerk doesn't care to even try taking orders. Way over priced for the bs you'll face walking in. To start there is no mild spice limit and when asking about modifications don't even bother trying. They are all uptight acting like they can't reduce the amount of powder on the tenders.
