Tried this place for the first time. Did not care for it at all tbh. We got the plain, mild, and hot sliders. The plain was just that, plain. No salt or any flavor. The mild and hot just had dry seasoning on it that tasted like chamoy. I was thinking it would be spicy like a buffalo style spice. Did not like the taste. Fries again were plain no seasoning to them. Big portions of chicken but no drink with combos and didn't care for it. Location is clean though and big chicken portions so added another star

To go food was cold, when I call ask why my food was cold, they did not answer my question and say this is not their problem. The management was so bad, they were not going to resolve the issues.
chino hills place's tender is smaller than west Covina's！！！！ much smaller !!! Sometimes 3 tenders looks like 2 if your place is small tender, please give one more small tender for free

Went in on 7/3 and used their kiosk to order the sliders. 2/4 sliders and very little chicken and only the breading. Additionally asked for the hot chicken and there was no spice added to chicken. Additionally asked for pickles on the side and there were no pickles provided. We were excited to try the chicken and their menu looked appealing but very disappointed.

I was so disappointed . The chicken was so dry and the food was less than mediocre. Taste like a dry piece of chicken with lawreys season salt with red chili powder. Way overly priced for what you get.

Food is good at all locations, even this one. Service is terrible. I have to use a kiosk to order. But the guy that brought out the food was rude and un-friendly. Forgot our drinks and as if he was doing us a favor to hat us the drinks we ordered. I guess I'll have to go to a different location.

40 mins for chicken sandwich is WILD!! honestly, did not deserve the $5 tip. Maybe learn how to turn off food delivery service orders if you know the restaurant is packed???!

Place is over priced, chicken dripping in grease, served with two pieces of sandwich bread very stale. Don't was it your time go to raise n canes instead. Bang for your buck and food is made fresh at Canes. Not just sitting there in a aluminum pan waiting to be prepared like at Dave's hot chicken. The fountain Coke doesn't even tase like coke.

Message to the owner of this location. Your employees are fudging the numbers of your workflow system. They are marking orders complete, then forgetting the order bc they marked it complete. I waited 20 min before I flagged the issue, then waited another 20 min because they forgot it again. On the plus side the food is good.
