- chicken fingers are huge - I could not finish two - good fries but small portions - open late - they shut the milkshake machine off at midnight - medium spice is kind of spicy - one employee at night, service might take awhile - cool soundtrack

Finally had the opportunity to try Dave's Hot Chicken (DHC) to see what all the hype is about I appreciate a good chicken sandwich now and then & have tried all sorts across the fast food-fast casual landscape I find almost all to be at or below average, unfortunately that too was the case with DHC. Food is so delicious. The chicken is always crispy, and the fries are perfectly seasoned. It's always ready quickly for pick up. My only complaint is that the spice levels seem to be inconsistent. Sometimes I'll get medium and there is absolutely no spice, but other times I'll get it and it's insanely hot.

My first time here. Not sure what to expect. I did notice that the prices were on the high side but not knowing portion size was too quick to judge. I ordered Dave's #1 2 tenders fries bread and pickles no drink @ 12.99 add the drink you're at $17. Now you're at no bargain territory. This is my new favorite restaurant and place! The workers are so kind and welcoming. The fries had a lot of seasoning, and wasn't overly seasoned. The french fries were amazing! The chicken had different levels of heat if you don't like heat or you do. It was a decent size of chicken. They are very clean, they wipe tables down often! 10/10 will go back.

No idea how this place has a 3.9 current rating on Yelp. They have a 4.9 on Google reviews...so I needed to get to the bottom of this discrepancy myself. 1. First of all, the chicken is awesome! Had the sliders (medium). Be prepared they're girthy lol 2. Staff were nice, helpful and attentive. 3. It is a little on the loudish side...I enjoyed it to be fair. alexis was amazing!! super nice, taste was on point, and food didn't take long at all. appreciate yall
