Customer service is on amazing. Had an issue with my payment. Manager came and addressed the issue. The food is okay not my cup of tea. But my son absolutely loves this place. The frozen HI C. Is a must.

I went to their soft opening and it exceeded my expectations! Having been to other Dave's locations before, I already knew the food would be amazing; and of course it did not disappoint. For a soft opening, everything ran so smoothly. There was a line (as expected), but it moved quickly, and we got our food in no time. Fast efficient friendly service, i had the sliders and mac n cheese , i had lite mild sauce, the sliders were good, very juicy chicken good temp and flavor, the fries are a No, i hated all the season on it very overpowering i couldn't eat, mac n cheese also no flavor just freshly prepared, nice ambiance, workers were super professional and friendly.

TL;DR - Great food, attentive service, a spacious dining area, and the medium #3 combo (tender + slider + fries) is a must-try. Pro tip: drizzle extra Dave's sauce and honey on your chicken for the perfect salty-sweet bite. A fantastic addition to the area! Back home, I have a Dave's Hot Chicken within walking distance so I was excited to see a Dave's opening nearby. 4th time there , first time no good , issues , 2nd and 3rd time good today very poor they served a 1/2 filled container their Kale slaw , something was off , seems spoiled and only half portion. Chick was cold ! and the bread was stale !
