Fast food? Maybe not quite as fast as expected. I went through the drive-thru around 4:00 PM on a Wednesday, and there was one car in front of me. I ordered the new large popcorn chicken and then waited... and waited... and waited a little more. It took roughly 15 minutes before the car in front of me got their order, which seemed like quite a long time for what appeared to be just one bag with one food container inside. I have had Daves Hot Chicken once before when they first opened in Laveen and I thought it was good, but I am not a huge chicken sandwich fan. I never got the allure or cult status of places like Chik Fil A, Popeyes, or Raising Canes. Canes sauce is good but it kinda overwhelms the ok chicken. What I do like about Daves is that it is actually Hot chicken. Their reaper sauce which deserves a receipt signed waiver is crazy hot. My family loves Dave's Hot Chicken. All locations I have been to are the bomb!! They are opening one closer to me yaaaa
We love Dave's. We went in and the service was fast and efficient. We loved the tenders and the small nuggets were great for our kids!! It is honestly really hot chicken so you've got to know that going in we have gotten it medium in the past and that was too hot for our liking, mild still has all the flavor but minimal heat!!
Business response:
We aim to impress! Thank you! Come back again soon!
