Good customer service. Restaurant was clean and well maintained, the food just was not that great to me. The bread on the sliders are really good, but the fries were decent and I did not care for the chicken. The hot chicken isn't hot more so peppery with a heavy pickle presence but still without much flavor. Also, I ordered cheese for the fries and considering it was a small container and $.59 I expected it to be full, it was not. No picture, I ate one mini slider and some fries then threw it away. First time at Dave's Hot Chicken. I arrived at 4 PM. Most tables full plus there was a long drive thru line. The inside was cool, very clean and organized. At the counter, Brandon thoroughly explained the menu, offering different combos and subs that they could do. I ordered the number one, which came with two very large tenders (1/2 breasts)(hot), a tray full of fries, several dill pickles, a small cup of Dave's sauce and two small pieces of white bread. Amazing customer service the food is also amazing and the slushies are so yummy. I like to mix them. The atmosphere and ambiance is so friendly and fun , more of a younger people vibe.

The food never disappoints. Everything was 10/10. Last time we went in, my bf & I were wondering how hot the hot is & i believe it was the manager, was nice enough to give us a taste of a hot bite. We usually get the medium which has the best flavor. The chocolate shake is one of the best we've ever had. It wasn't too packed & the restaurant was clean.

Been to Dave's Hot Chicken a fews times through the drive-thru. Decided to go inside for the first time to order and Ana the cashier had great customer service. Ana made sure the restaurant was kept clean and well organized.

I have been going to Dave's hot chicken almost every weekend since it's opened. I really love the taste in the spices. I would say unfortunately the Kale slaw has been getting smaller and smaller in the sliders. Which is disappointing it's really good crunch to the sandwich. The atmosphere is nice and fun creative. I would say the layout inside is a little chaotic for when ordering. There's not really a place where the lime begins you just are in between tables while other customers are eating.
