Heard good things but quickly realized otherwise. Ordered a #3 and both sandwich and tender were unappetizing. Chicken was almost raw.

Horrible experience the staff are rude and my chick was very cold. I had to ask to get toilet paper for the bath as well as there being bodily fluids all over the seat. Please do better

Terrible. Huge disappointment. The young staff have no customer service skills whatsoever so ever. Food was a big disappointment. I ordered 2 sliders medium heat. I got one slider that actually had chicken the other was leather like crisp was no chicken what so ever. Medium had zero spice let alone any flavor. Ordered mild tenders with it those had a spicy seasoning on then that was not good. Chicken quality was terrible. Not to mention I felt sick all day after eating. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

Terrible service. Questionable sanitation. Came in to have a chicken tender. Was not cooked and returned it. Stink eye from the entire staff. Ridiculous. Poor service. Do t give them your money.

Horrible customer service , I received the wrong order in drive thru and the manager refused to help correct my order. Chicken was extremely dry and tasted like it was reheated. I hope you guys can get things together I loved your food .

Slow service, inedible food. It took over 25 minutes on a Weds. night to get two fingers and a slider. The back seemed fully staffed and there were no deliveries listed on the order board, nor any drive-throughs. The few people inside also seemed to have long waits. The fries had a ton of salt on them; anyone on salt restriction should skip them. The chicken seasoning (both mild and medium) was also too salty to enjoy. Do not order ahead!!! I ended up waiting for 30 minutes after arriving while three different customer ordered and received their (larger) orders before I got my food. Food is okay but it's so slow I'll never come again. Not worth your time at all.

I've been to Dave's hot chicken about 4 times since they've opened in Middletown. The food is delicious and feels like better quality compared to other fast food restaurants. However I wouldn't exactly call this place "fast." Each time I've been here the wait has been 20 minutes or longer. At first I brushed it off as them being new and getting it together, but I can't use that excuse anymore. It's really unfortunate because the chicken is great but the service is the worst I've experienced on the island. I stopped by when they first opened, went inside, ordered a couple different things and it took 45 minutes for them to get my order correct. I gave them a pass since they were so new but since then I've gone back a few times it's always a total mess.
