Terrible service! Slow and not attentive. Ordered flight of sauce and mozzarella sticks. Mild Chicken too salty, BBQ was bland, honey had mold smell! Ordered Mozzarella stick, breading was soggy and watery inside. Hype was overrated! Never again...

Came here for the first so excited... Went to the bath before ordering saw i could get a freeeeee milk shake just for making a review. Got my food looked like Dave had his way with my chicken. EVERY DISAPPOINTED. The only good part was my fried (10/10) and my bread. do not I MEAN DOOOO NOT come here. You'll be disappointed out of your mind!!!! Still want my free milkshake

Heard good things but quickly realized otherwise. Ordered a #3 and both sandwich and tender were unappetizing. Chicken was almost raw.

Horrible experience the staff are rude and my chick was very cold. I had to ask to get toilet paper for the bath as well as there being bodily fluids all over the seat. Please do better

Terrible. Huge disappointment. The young staff have no customer service skills whatsoever so ever. Food was a big disappointment. I ordered 2 sliders medium heat. I got one slider that actually had chicken the other was leather like crisp was no chicken what so ever. Medium had zero spice let alone any flavor. Ordered mild tenders with it those had a spicy seasoning on then that was not good. Chicken quality was terrible. Not to mention I felt sick all day after eating. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

Terrible service. Questionable sanitation. Came in to have a chicken tender. Was not cooked and returned it. Stink eye from the entire staff. Ridiculous. Poor service. Do t give them your money.

Horrible customer service , I received the wrong order in drive thru and the manager refused to help correct my order. Chicken was extremely dry and tasted like it was reheated. I hope you guys can get things together I loved your food .

Slow service, inedible food. It took over 25 minutes on a Weds. night to get two fingers and a slider. The back seemed fully staffed and there were no deliveries listed on the order board, nor any drive-throughs. The few people inside also seemed to have long waits. The fries had a ton of salt on them; anyone on salt restriction should skip them. The chicken seasoning (both mild and medium) was also too salty to enjoy.
