Went to Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time. They don't have salt???!! And, Extra charge if you want Ranch to dip your chicken and or fries. Too expensive. I will give my business to Canes.

Chicken is soft and tender, shower it is inedible because it is too salty. I ate 3 different flavors and it was the same.

Went in to try this place, was pretty disappointed. Ordered the#2 to go (mistake) specifically asked them to add extra coleslaw on the sliders after my friend recommended to, as he said they were skimpy on his sandwiches when he went, and it's like they intentionally gave me a tablespoon of coleslaw on each one! Then the fries were just a small handful. 17 bucks and no drink for this? Nah, I'm good. I'll go with angry chicks next time. What a jip.

Came here today for lunch while in the area to try something new. It is located near In n Out on Fairway. The place is fairly big with a lot of seating. You order at the counter. Not a lot of choices. Fried chicken strips with bun or no bun and fries but you choose your level of heat from none to reaper. I got light mild and hubs got HOT. Chicken was barley crispy and medium is not hot or barely spicy at all. Ordered two platters one with chicken tenders the other with sliders. The size of tbe sliders is absolutely laughable, it's like barely half the size of a hawaiian roll you would expect. I ordered my tenders to go with cheese, so what did they do? Instead of packing me a nice cheese bowl for dipping they spread it over my tenders- it was barely melted and gross by time my guests decided to dig in. This was my first time at this location, and I know it's newly opened but the hospitality and attention to detail is out the door. I've been to the Dave's in Arden, Sacramento where they aren't skimpy on the amount of coleslaw and way shorter wait time. I saw multiple staff in the back and two in the front but I was still lead to the self check out kiosk, where I asked utensils and napkins but after waiting for at least 15 minutes, all that was handed to me was the food. 1. The menu in the store was nothing like the online menu. That was confusing enough. ONLY meals with fries were shown. I don't eat fries. I was told chicken strips were $4.99 each. I can buy a whole chicken for that price. I know, I know, it's the convenience! 2. The Mac and cheese only tasted like it was burnt. There was no evidence of that. There was no cheese taste. 3. Terrible experience waiting way too long for food and they forgot my order. Judith was a pain to work with wasn't very welcoming as you would expect from an organization like this.
