This photo was taken around 5:57pm on a Sunday. My siblings and I received our order, we sat down and ate. When my sister was eating her milkshake, she noticed a piece of hair laying inside. This is an issue that needs to be taken into consideration as it is unsanitary for consumers. Please fix this to prevent it from happening in the future.

Ordered mozzarella sticks and got one with NO cheese. Unacceptable. And the fact I live no where near there I can't go back

Came in this morning to pick up my order and ended up chatting with the staff. I told them I love spicy but I hadn't had the reaper yet, so the cook asked if I wanted one of the bites dipped in reaper so I said ok. I licked it in the store just to taste and it kicked hard but I wasn't dying. When I got home though I took an actual bite and it was like being pepper sprayed in the mouth. food was good but seasoning is to sweet was.over powering on mozzarella cubes and also the sandwich ... only could eat 1 sandwich and few fries when I could eat competitor's sandwich and friend no problem and the heat is there... tried this place 2 times different heat and same disappointment

I've always loved Dave's Hot chicken and I've been coming to this location for a while! I believe a few months ago they got new management and the team is very unprofessional along with the manager. I asked to speak with a manager about a week ago and she came out and was incredibly rude along with unprofessional. I've noticed employees touching their hair and not washing their hands!!! I believe the place is run extremely poor and now I go out of my way to drive to further location. Hope this helps!

It's a no for me dawg! Takes forever to get your meal even when they aren't very busy, food arrives....chicken seasoning has a red curry type of taste to it along with tendon that you can't bite through. Didn't feel cooked properly, I couldn't finish eating it.

Order a sandwich and tender last night and thought it was a bit under cooked. Come next day I have bad stomach pain and the runs.... On the toilet just shooting water. Management needs to make sure their food is getting cooked properly

I usually love Dave's hot chicken but today they disappointed me, the chicken was really dry and it felt old. I also ordered another regular loaded Mac & cheese Hot(spice level), only 3 bites were seasoned with the hot spice. There was also more fries than Mac & cheese.

Went in during dinner to try their new mozzarella sticks and the place was packed. The service was extremely slow and place was dirty. Trash can was overflowing.
