I recently had an issue with an Uber Eats order where I was charged twice. Uber Eats tried to pin the problem on Dave's Hot Chicken, so I went to the restaurant to sort it out. The manager and assistant manager were both incredibly kind and did everything they could to help. On top of that, the chicken was fantastic.

Joint is clean, staff friendly, and food great. I got the bites and fries with the extra hot option. Chicken was SPICY but not too much to make it a chore to eat. the perfect light frying with the heat in the fried coating was superior to wet sauces. 10/10 will be back for the same thing. Fries were best I've had in a while. Not gonna lie, it had my nose running but it was perfect.

Ok so let me start off by saying I never go to a chicken place unless it's fried chicken and I never ever order chicken at a restaurant much less chicken fingers but My client wanted to stop here for lunch while in the Huntsville area so I obliged. Good ole Dave's. Consistent across state lines and always a good move later at night. The medium spice is just perfect. I wish they'd give silverware with the meals. How am I supposed to eat this Mac and cheese without silverware?

I got plain nuggets and cheese fries. Everything tasted like chili seasoning. Not for me but if you do then it's great.

The weight was a little unreasonable. Food was decent and OK. Given the price a lot of it was overly salty, but I honestly did enjoy it. I wish they had more sauces or at least their drinks didn't cost an arm and a a leg. It is spicy food so you'll definitely need something to wash it down.Is all I'm saying... I would recommend this place. Only if you do like spicy food because I feel like if I didn't, and I would have to get one of the less spicier flavors or just not spicy altogether, I probably wouldn't enjoy it.

This was my first time at Dave's Hot Chicken. There was a lot of hype about this restaurant so I decided to try it. It wasn't bad, but not my favorite. I tasted cayenne pepper in my chicken, which I'm not sure if that is the secret ingredient. I had the loaded fries. They were really good because they are drenched in nacho cheese.
