Sliders are big, I could only eat one. Service was a little slow, it took about 15 minutes to get our food even though it was only 2 or 3 people in restaurants. Nice clean restaurant. I had medium the first time , so I went for the hot this time , it wasn't too bad . Might try extra hot next time

My review and thoughts of DAVE'S HOT CHICKEN and my experience trying the reaper level heat!! I placed my order online on their website at 12:50pm today. The website said it would be ready at 2:08pm They have been crazy busy since they opened so I knew it would prob be a little after the estimated time. The one thing I can say is the team there was EXCELLENT! Very busy their first weekend of opening, and two employees really stood out to me and my friend with how well they managed the crowd!

Food was great, when we finally got it. They just opened, so maybe they are still working through some things. However with everyone waiting, the entire store fills up quickly.

The food was good. The hot chicken was plenty hot for me and I love spicy food. They were still overwhelmed by the amount of customers when I went so the line was out the door. I'll go back after the lines die down.

The customer service efficiency in this place is bad. How are they six cooks in the back but I've been waiting more than 15 minutes for my food . There is only one cashier out taking orders. A guy that's hanging out with his friend that keeps going back and forth getting the slushes for them. To top it all he didn't wash his hands prior to bagging up food orders after he came back to help.

I waited an hour for my food because the manger Khalil could not make a correct order. He was rolling his eyes and slamming the food down when it was done through the kitchen food window. The poor girl had to explain to him what to do several times. She even offered to pay for the cheese on my fries because he didn't give what we needed. I will never go back to a place with such poor management.

Absolutely not, never again! The customer service needs to be retrained. They were completely out of tea, and since we don't drink soda, I asked at the counter if they had any tea. The response was simply, "Nope, that's it." When I explained that we don't drink soda, she shrugged her shoulders and said that was all they had left. It was 6 o'clock in the evening--dinner time! :/ Huntsville needs good hot chicken. This is unequivocally true. Idk if this place is it though. My usual dining squad is for the most part (sans sis-in-law) fond of spicy food, especially hot chicken. Although I was a little hesitant given the initial negative response, I figured Dave's had long enough at this point to get their sea legs, so we stopped by on a return home trip from Buc-ees.
