I waited an hour for my food because the manger Khalil could not make a correct order. He was rolling his eyes and slamming the food down when it was done through the kitchen food window. The poor girl had to explain to him what to do several times. She even offered to pay for the cheese on my fries because he didn't give what we needed. I will never go back to a place with such poor management.

Absolutely not, never again! The customer service needs to be retrained. They were completely out of tea, and since we don't drink soda, I asked at the counter if they had any tea. The response was simply, "Nope, that's it." When I explained that we don't drink soda, she shrugged her shoulders and said that was all they had left. It was 6 o'clock in the evening--dinner time! :/ Huntsville needs good hot chicken. This is unequivocally true. Idk if this place is it though. My usual dining squad is for the most part (sans sis-in-law) fond of spicy food, especially hot chicken. Although I was a little hesitant given the initial negative response, I figured Dave's had long enough at this point to get their sea legs, so we stopped by on a return home trip from Buc-ees. Not good food at all. Dave's sauce is not good with chicken or fries. One positive was the chicken was juicy but the seasoning wasn't good either.

Me and My mom went and waited 3 hours for a chicken sandwich fries and one pice of chicken and the food is very overhyped not worth the wait and the customer service is good thats it but the the over all experience is a 4/10.

Good food and atmosphere but the customer service is atrocious even when PREORDERING your food , I had an expected pick up time of 3:19, showed up 5 minutes early told the young gentleman my name and waited, I waited 30minutes after my PREODERED MEAL, the issue is that I saw my food sit on the damn food rack for 30 minutes while this young man BSd around, messing up another order in the process and being on his phone. Horrible customer service good food.

Hot nuggets are not spicy. Supposed to get 10 I thought, instead of 6 for 12.99. Mac and cheese is ordinary. Overall not bad. Not noteworthy.

My first visit here was pretty great. They had just opened and it wasn't busy. We got our food pretty quick and the food was pretty dang good. The employees were weird and slow but all in all not bad. So then we decided to go back a 2nd time and what a s-word show. Complete chaos and the employees have somehow gotten even more worthless.
