Food was great, when we finally got it. They just opened, so maybe they are still working through some things. However with everyone waiting, the entire store fills up quickly.

The food was good. The hot chicken was plenty hot for me and I love spicy food. They were still overwhelmed by the amount of customers when I went so the line was out the door. I'll go back after the lines die down.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The establishment is completely empty. Order two top loaded fries. Wanted one hot honey. The guy at the front told me "no". Not seeing what the big issue was! They already had no bread or lids for the cups! Very rude. I went with a friend. They got the 10 pieces Dave's bites. Upon waiting 30 minutes for our food! The fries were cold! Asked for fresh fries! The customer service efficiency in this place is bad. How are they six cooks in the back but I've been waiting more than 15 minutes for my food . There is only one cashier out taking orders. A guy that's hanging out with his friend that keeps going back and forth getting the slushes for them. To top it all he didn't wash his hands prior to bagging up food orders after he came back to help.

I waited an hour for my food because the manger Khalil could not make a correct order. He was rolling his eyes and slamming the food down when it was done through the kitchen food window. The poor girl had to explain to him what to do several times. She even offered to pay for the cheese on my fries because he didn't give what we needed. I will never go back to a place with such poor management.

Absolutely not, never again! The customer service needs to be retrained. They were completely out of tea, and since we don't drink soda, I asked at the counter if they had any tea. The response was simply, "Nope, that's it." When I explained that we don't drink soda, she shrugged her shoulders and said that was all they had left. It was 6 o'clock in the evening--dinner time! :/ Huntsville needs good hot chicken. This is unequivocally true. Idk if this place is it though. My usual dining squad is for the most part (sans sis-in-law) fond of spicy food, especially hot chicken. Although I was a little hesitant given the initial negative response, I figured Dave's had long enough at this point to get their sea legs, so we stopped by on a return home trip from Buc-ees. Not good food at all. Dave's sauce is not good with chicken or fries. One positive was the chicken was juicy but the seasoning wasn't good either.
