This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. They are harming customers by serving extremely spicy food called "Reapers." I selected the mild spice level, but for the second order the system selected "Reaper" by default, which is the spiciest level. This restaurant badly burned my brother's stomach, mouth, tongue, and throat. The employees did not seem to care about the customers' health or safety. We could file a lawsuit against them. This situation is completely unacceptable.

I wanted to love it, but my meal was just OK at best. I stopped in around 6:30 pm a weeknight and the place was about half full. The folks at the counter were nice. I love when a place has vegetarian options and ordered the two cauliflower slider combo. I was a bit startled to see that with even the middle suggested tip (which was calculated at full service percentages even though this is a counter service location), it would come out to around $20 -- and I was even more startled to learn that this was without a drink. Chicken was extremely salty, and weirdly wet... The texture is not like normal chicken, it felt fake. My stomach hurts after eating it from all the salt. Also, I got medium heat and it had zero spice taste.

I been trying to get to this place since it opened. I been wanting to try the reaper seasoned chicken I heard so much about. I was not disappointed. The parking is not easy to get. The parking lot is shared with all other stores in that area. The inside is in great condition. Everything is perfectly clean. You will order when you enter. The drinks are self serve. We stopped in to Dave's hot chicken on Sunday and I was surprised to see a large seating space full of diners. However, I also saw many caution signs on the floors as well as garbage. We ordered our food to go. 2 orders of chicken bites, one medium, one no spice. We waited about 15 minutes for food, when it was handed over, the labels put on the boxes to keep them closed were not put on correctly so the boxes were open and the labels were dirty.
