$40.00 mess! Used the kiosk to order pretty simple. Dining room was clean. Excited to try, let down. Son took me to lunch. 2 menu items. Trio 1) mozzarella could not get the under cooked hush puppy taste out of my teeth. 2) the sliders were ok but tiny pieces of chicken. Cole slaw was good on them 3) Chicken bites burnt taste. Here's a clearer, grammatically polished version of your review: Hot Dave's Chicken at the Jacksonville Town Center location was a disappointment. My husband ordered the Hot Mozz Sandwich and waited over 20 minutes for it. He was really excited to try it because the pictures made it look amazing, but the sandwich was served cold. I went to the location at River City in Jacksonville, Florida and I was so disappointed. I ordered my food and was waiting in the drive thru and no one was able to complete my order even though I kept saying 'hello'. After we made it up to the front to pay, there was no order ready. The co-worker and manager was there talking and not paying attention to me. I proceed to explain my situation but instead the manager told us that we need to join the line again. Awful, inedible, crap. Nothing crunchy, just a mouth full of raw spices. Seriously, we have never had chicken this awful. We really did not like the chicken. But first, some mentions. I believe this location may be cursed. pollo Tropical had a great product at greta pricing, but they couldn't manage staff well. This building is a redesigned Pollo Tropical. I created an online pickup order. When I opened my food I saw a large hair sticking up out of my sandwich. I took it back in for a refund and they proceeded it quickly. Won't be back

I have many friends go there today, including myself and one of them started throwing up in the bathroom, countless times because of the 1.6 million go spicy chicken tender. The other had a mental breakdown while we were on the bus because the spicy 1.6 million ha ha got in her eye because of the cleanness this is totally all your fault In addition, blindness was always caused because of this injury. the mac n cheese dave's hot chicken combo was very good BUT.... their actual tenders were so dry and not flavorful at all like they're hot... but there is not flavor. Idk if they let the food sit out or what. and the milkshake was melted like oreo soup. how does that happen when i just picked it up? Also got the mozzarella and tbh just go to chilis.. maybe they were having a bad day

This is my second experience here. The first was awesome which is what brought me back! Today I ordered a side of cole slaw with my food instead of fries and I got this. It's like 5 pieces of cabbage.

Good chicken but disappoint in the reaper spice because they made me sign a waiver and it wasn't even spicy enough to make me want water and they only give me few pieces in my Mac n cheese Order.
