came here 30 minutes before closing, workers still took their time to make sure my order was correct and were super friendly and welcoming!. Food was delicious too, will definitely be eating here again.

I came in for some chicken tenders but ended up ordering loaded fries. Oh my, the spices are addicting the fries are topped with nacho cheese, pickles, and juicy chicken bites. It's the perfect savory combo, fried goodness, spiced, creamy, and pickles for that tarty finish. I think the slushies are new on the menu, I ordered a punch I thought it was the perfect compliment to the fried chicken. They have fried cauliflower at other locations, I wish they add that to the menu at this location.

The food is good and the orders are typically right, but the fries are disappointing. Crinkle fries aren't great in general and the fry on them is usually on the soft side instead of crisp. Also no onion rings which I wish they had. The other thing is the speed. They are quite slow, slower than anywhere else in the strip. I feel like they need double the fryers to keep up with demand. Maybe they are going to expand the kitchen?

I just visit it. Dave's hot chicken and the food was great, but the employees were being very rude when I asked them for a milkshake and they said they did not have one so at the end I said I'm sorry and he told me to shut up.

They need to hire more workers to put food together. i waited 20 minutes for 5 Mozzarella sticks!!! The one lady was packaging all the orders and i suggest if you are walking in don't bother. Online orders and doordash are a priority!!!

Start by saying I love Dave's hot chicken. I regularly go to the one in Saratoga and on Brokaw and never had any issues. I was very excited when they opened the Dave's hot chicken so close to where I live. I've now ordered from this place three times and all three times I've had quality issues. First time I ordered mac & cheese and they gave me fries instead I didn't realize till I got home cause I shouldn't have to check my order. They should get it right. I'm a big fan of Dave's Hot Chicken but this place is off. The seasoning and heat level of "Hot" is like mild here and the medium is like no spice at all. The chicken also feels very "thin" compared to other locations. I was afraid this would happen when they grow too fast and expand everywhere. Quality is just not the same, off day or not that is a disappointment when a chain does not have consistency.

We ordered saucy nuggets, extra saucy. We look inside, it's completely dry, maybe a speck of sauce got in there. I'm not sure how it happened since it clearly says in the ticket that it's supposed to be EXTRA saucy--that's literally the food itself as well. Almost $20 for this. We only checked after we got home, super disappointed since it's far from where we live. The cashiers were kind though but not sure why food is like this.

Came to get my free slider. Was told they stopped giving them at 9. Waste of my time coming here. Decided to not order anything. People behind me immediately walked out too. Trap to get people there and then Won't honor deal that doesnt say that in terms. Terrible service overpriced chicken won't come back after this experience
