At a spot that serves hot chicken they literally refuse to serve you water. You can buy a water bottle but even though their drink machine has a water spigot they refuse to serve it.

Food was great... But they don't give you any water there. It's a spicy chicken spot, which makes you want to drink water, and they literally won't give you a water cup. They say you need to buy a fountain drink cup and then you're allowed to fill it up with water. What kind of restaurant doesn't give you free water cups? Especially after your mouth is on fire from ordering spicy chicken.

Me and my wife ate here around 1230 march 30 order food drink and water cup when food came out asked for drink cups they would not give me the water cup. They said they don't give them out chicken wasn't bad when I said that I was treated like a homeless person the same person that I ordered from asked me to leave I can afford it but won't be back. I'm a senior citizen so is my wife

Never again! * Walk up to counter. Guy behind counter points at the order kiosks. * Stand in line for the privilege of using one of only two ordering kiosks that are maddeningly slow and unintuitive to use. * Small and medium milkshakes are "sold out" so order the expensive, oversized large. * Get chicken tenders that look like a biology experiment coated with some kind of brown powder(?!). I was fasting and asked for water cup. Had to pay for it. I feel like water should be free. Especially as a "Halal" "Muslim" friendly restaurant that isnt friendly for an iftar dinner

We went late on a Friday and ordered our food. It was very crowded and a bit messy inside, so we ordered it to-go. We finally got our food 45 minutes later. We went home to eat and found everything to be surprisingly bland for allegedly being Nashville-style hot chicken. I got a Hot level slider, which was barely spicy which would have been forgivable if there was some flavor to it, but there was more flavor from the sauce and pickles than from the chicken itself. I typically do not write reviews but this was a terrible experience. Placed an app order which was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived on time but had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Employees looked miserable and overworked. Saw multiple customers leave after being told that the wait is more than an hour. Chicken was ok. Not worth wasting 30 minutes standing around in a chaotic restaurant. Do not understand why it takes so long for fried chicken strips. Everytime I go here this is what my pieces of chicken look like compared to my husbands. Every single time. This doesn't even look like a piece of chicken. The three people with me, great looking chicken, mine, a small pile of inedible garbage. The only thing I can come up with is I order without spice, so apparently I get the worst piece of "chicken" in the kitchen. Every single time
