This was my fiancés and toddlers first time going to Disneyland and were EXTREMELY disappointed with how our trip went!! We went October 2cd. Very disappointed and honestly unacceptable experience with Disneyland Accessibility Services. After explaining my autistic son's disability and how prolonged waiting affects him, we were denied DAS and offered an accommodation that does not address his actual needs. Families of children with disabilities deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported--not dismissed. We expected much better from Disney.
The greed, contempt and arrogance of Disney through the actions of its financial side are destroying the creative branding that has been built since its origins. It's disgusting how Disneyland is so concerned about saving every penny that they make it difficult to even give them exorbitant amounts of money on a credit card. Disneyland was fun, but whew... it is EXPENSIVE! For the price, I do feel like a lot of the rides are pretty old and could definitely use some updating. My toddler wasn't really into most of the little kid rides, but he absolutely LOVED Star Wars Land. That was definitely his favorite part of the park. Very Disappointing Experience -- Concern Regarding Treatment of a Child I am extremely disappointed by my experience at Disneyland Resort on 9/23/2026. What should have been a fun and safe experience for the family became deeply upsetting because of the way the situation was handled by Disneyland staff. Today on 8/21/26 I went to Disneyland. We had lighting lane and it was working pretty well. Then towards the end we were going to go in jungle cruise and if we had time we would go to marahorn. It broke down and we had gotten fast passes on it. The employee who worked there said we can redeem a new ride and we chose space mountain. We got there and the employee at the ride said we couldn't go on. It was our last ride but she said we needed an higher level pass? Anyway it was upsetting but after we went to thunder railroad.
I love Disneyland no matter what, but I think this might be the last time I visit Disneyland at Anaheim. There are *some* cast members still reminding me what a great place this is, but mostly rude or just aren't doing their jobs. * No more early entry - Hotel Guests get one lightning lane.
