Our visit ended fairly well but lots of room for improvement. Here are my suggestions/issues we had: -Please add more benches within ride lines. I often noticed there were prime spots where a bench would totally fit (like there was a spot within the Big Thunder Mountain ride that was gleaming & shouting "put a bench here") but for some reason there wasn't one. I visited Disneyland today with my husband and our two children, and I am extremely disappointed and upset about the experience we had. As we were walking toward the checkpoint from the parking lot, a Disneyland employee stopped us and told us that we could not bring our wagon into the park. I asked when this policy had taken effect, and he told me that it had "always been" the policy. I was at Disneyland twice just last year, and this policy was never enforced against us. Disneyland has lost it. No sense of Walt Disney compassion. Now it's corporation, money, procedure...or leave. it's just not a nice place any more. Go throw your money down a toilet, at least you know how it turns to shit.

I give credit where credit is due. I see improvements, which is nice. It was slammed today since it was the first Halloween/fall theme. Hectic, but they had plenty of transport carts running. Probably because they re-hired those they fired after board and CEO stock buybacks AI happened.. I've been to Disneyland many times over the years mainly for my wife and now for my kids. The quality of service has fallen so low it's laughable. The employees there are awful now, no one is nice or kind, everyone is one their phone. The quality of the people they hire has gone down the toilet. The park is full of wanna be influencers and 30 adults per child. They are literally conning families out of money. It's consumerism to a level that I do not want to partake in anymore. The magic is sadly gone.

I've encountered the same employee twice, and unfortunately both experiences have been unpleasant. The employee works by the rail at accessibility services before entering to get on the tram. She is rude and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. First encountered she was in the wrong and never apologized. I hope management addresses this because customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

The rides suck ass. Wait in long ass lines and get almost there to be told their shit had technical difficulties. Six flags and knotts berry farm is way fucking better. This is a waste of money and time
