The quality of Disneyland is lacking. Went yesterday and left early very disappointed. They allow way too many people in! What use to feel like a clean amusement park, now feels like a crowded dirty fair. Bathrooms had no paper towels, toilets clogged, trash on ground and even saw a few plastic water bottles in the Safari River ride. Disneyland use to take more pride in being clean, happy, and overall giving people a good experience. It saddens me to see such a place loose Integrity so obviously. Will never be back

We purchased a 3-day California Resident Park Hopper ticket on March 7. We used one day that same day and another shortly afterward. We still had one remaining day to use and attempted to make a reservation at the beginning of May. The package was set to expire on May 22, but there was no availability, so we decided to wait to see if any reservations opened up. Unfortunately, none ever did. **Discriminatory and Awful Customer Service** I am very disappointed with Disneyland Park Anaheim's customer service and lack of compassion. The crowds are ridiculous. Now that the park relies on cellphones to order food ahead of time, navigate the park's map and observe attraction wait time it has become obvious that the majority of people are extremely self-absorbed, lack awareness of their immediate surroundings and will constantly cut you off or literally stop in front of you and halt everyone around your vicinity. Horrible customer service!! Be aware of this lady. Should not be working at the happiest place on earth if she not happy with her job. Her name is Susanna. Waited a long time for this ride. My dad who has a heart problem had to use the bathroom and my uncle, aunt and daughter who is on a spectrum and just came from Vietnam needed to get their medication from the stroller. THE MAGIC IS GONE Absolutely APPALLED by what I witnessed at Disney this weekend. Families save up THOUSANDS of dollars for this place and apparently Disney now thinks chaos and nonsense are part of the "experience." The moment I walked into Fantasyland, I saw Lily Tino sitting on a bench with a giant hotdog, TWO cake pops, and a camera filming some kind of social media video while blocking half the walkway. I've been coming to Disneyland since I was 4. I would get a pass every year. Growing up as a 90's kid is soooo underrated. Kids today will never get to experience collecting the new Disney dollars they came out with each anniversary! Or walking into DCA and hearing beach boys music! Or even coming to the park during the week and it's not crowded at all!... we'll never get that back because Disneyland has really lost its magic. I blame Covid.
