We purchased a 3-day California Resident Park Hopper ticket on March 7. We used one day that same day and another shortly afterward. We still had one remaining day to use and attempted to make a reservation at the beginning of May. **Discriminatory and Awful Customer Service** I am very disappointed with Disneyland Park Anaheim's customer service and lack of compassion. Couldnt refund tickets that i bought in accident for walt disneyworld terrible customer service , the happiest place made my experience the worst possible.
The crowds are ridiculous. Now that the park relies on cellphones to order food ahead of time, navigate the park's map and observe attraction wait time it has become obvious that the majority of people are extremely self-absorbed, lack awareness of their immediate surroundings and will constantly cut you off or literally stop in front of you and halt everyone around your vicinity. Horrible customer service!! Be aware of this lady. Should not be working at the happiest place on earth if she not happy with her job. Her name is Susanna. Waited a long time for this ride. THE MAGIC IS GONE Absolutely APPALLED by what I witnessed at Disney this weekend. Families save up THOUSANDS of dollars for this place and apparently Disney now thinks chaos and nonsense are part of the "experience." I've been coming to Disneyland since I was 4. I would get a pass every year. Growing up as a 90's kid is soooo underrated. Kids today will never get to experience collecting the new Disney dollars they came out with each anniversary! Or walking into DCA and hearing beach boys music! Midweek park hours: cut by ~ 2 hours. Lightning Lane reservations: capped after a certain number of uses per day. Radiator Springs and Stars Wars ride: $23 and $29 per person with Lightning Lane use. Millennium Falcon -- 1 auditorium (instead of 2) being used in the late hours. Cut costs, appease shareholders, raise prices, enshitify the CX.
I personally feel like I was racially profiled today 5/5/2026. My family and I booked a full day of fun with family from as far as Michigan to experience the Disney Magic.
