2 hour wait on the tower ride it breaks. All workers could say was we don't know when it will work and wouldn't help with anything else. Ride another ride sure space mountain almost to front over an hour wait same thing breaks. Nothing done for us no worker cares. Then go to the bob sled ride get right before we are about to get in and every one ahead of us gets a free lighting pass one time but everyone else but us gets nothing. There's goes 6 hours of waiting for rides and wasting our family time. Thanks Disney

The system is confusing on purpose. Why tho, because they can capitalize on you overspending. In the end the whole Disneyland experience comes down to this 1. Underspend and miss out 2. Drain your wallet and still miss out The thing is that owing you buy a ticket, most of your "magical" time there is waiting in lines. Of course you could buy the fast pass. Too expensive and way too crowded And Lightning Lane pass is a joke. .Lunch was ok T Blue Bayou but again overpriced. But our 5 year old gkid had fun so I guess it was worth it

Never again with this place its a rip off for one and I just no longer feel safe as a women using the restroom or with kids there. There's openly mental people men taking pix in the womens bathroom and posting online. The family from out-of-state got tickets to go to Disneyland. Yet could not get reservations. Half the family was able to go. The other kids couldn't. Customer service is absolutely no help. What's the use of having a ticket if you can't get into the park? And separating an out-of-state family is awful. Especially telling kids they can't go while others can. Ridiculous

Very disappointed with the treatment my family received at Disneyland on May 22, 2026. We are Believe Key Magic Key holders and entered Disney California Adventure around 9:22 PM with no issues. All of our passes scanned successfully. Around 10:05 PM we attempted to enter Disneyland Park and suddenly my husband's pass showed "no reservation found." Is Disneyland still the happiest place on earth? After this trip I am not so sure. IMO the price is outrageous. $40 Parking, one day hopper pass $$$, lightning pass and even after that, you still need to pay for Star Wars and Cars separately. Do you need the lighting passes, well, yeah. One look at the miserable people waiting 2.5+ hours in line with strollers and kids all tired out from waiting and you realize that you are some of the lucky people that afford these ridiculous prices. I just can't with Disneyland Park specifically anymore. After decades of going many times as a child and adult it's really got to become frustrating and disappointing. Some latest experiences as of my daughter and my visit yesterday. - Spent over $400 for both tickets + multi LL pass (for a single day visit). - We got there early probably 15 ppl from the main gate at open. We recently visited Disneyland Park with two kids under 2, including a 20-month-old and a 6-month-old, and from the moment we arrived until the second we left, the experience was exhausting and incredibly disappointing. It took us over an hour just to park. There was one employee managing two lanes and charging for parking while traffic backed up endlessly.
