I had an amazing experience! Great food, great customer service, and such a fun atmosphere! Everything was fresh and delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe made the experience even better. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to! Highly recommend!

We came today for the soft opening instead of waiting to go to tomorrow's official grand opening. While the line in the drive thru was long and inside crazy busy the lines went fairly quick. We chose the drive thru and had a great experience. Service was phenomenal. The employee was friendly, patient and offered assistance with the menu if needed. We were so excited to try this place get there and the weed smell was so strong we ordered 2 mild sliders not good chicken my daughter got the nugget me as l she didn't like it either we love mozzarella do I got some for the table and the cheese was hard not cooked or melted for us not to get mozzarella sticks never happens sad I wasted my money here

Food is overpriced. $12.69 for 2 chicken tenders and a handful of fries is absolutely ridiculous. And to add insult to injury the $12.69 didn't even include a drink. Then to top it off the food wasn't very good. Definitely not worth that much money. The ONLY reason we agreed to buy it was because we wanted to see what the hype was about. There were 4 of us that ordered and not one of us enjoyed anything about it. We'll never go back.

I wouldn't say it's good at all, chicken didn't taste fresh kinda seemed like it sat there, same with the mac and cheese. The fries didn't look fried at all, it looked pale, seemed like they took them out of the fryer way too early.. Let's put it this way, It's chicken tenders and that's it. If you order the tenders, they give you bread on the side free of charge. If you order the sandwich they put a tender on that free bread and charge you an extra 2-3 dollars for doing that for you. Worst Dave's hot chicken I have ever been to. I've never had a negative experience with the food at Dave's, but this food was subpar. At the time I went it wasn't busy. The sandwiches were barely warm & the smallest I've ever got from a Daves, fries were barely lukewarm and a pretty small portion, clearly they had been sitting for a while. This was definitely a disappointment and a turn off. Service was friendly, but I care more about the food I get that's what I came for.

Took 32 minutes to get my food, it was pretty busy I get it.. it's new.. that's fine but I was handed my Togo food, got to my car and tried it so that I wouldn't be trying for the first time cold food at home, my food was cold so it's pretty disappointing. Also my hot honey chicken was crunchy and hurt not even edible. Also $1.50 for a tiny ranch is ridiculous. It's already over priced chicken. Truly unsatisfied.
