We hit this chicken joint for opening weekend! The place definitely has a vibe. Cool atmosphere. Friendly staff. The food was good but not next level good. The lady screaming out order numbers was too much. She gave me a headache

I had an amazing experience! Great food, great customer service, and such a fun atmosphere! Everything was fresh and delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe made the experience even better. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to! Highly recommend!

We came today for the soft opening instead of waiting to go to tomorrow's official grand opening. While the line in the drive thru was long and inside crazy busy the lines went fairly quick. We chose the drive thru and had a great experience. Service was phenomenal. The employee was friendly, patient and offered assistance with the menu if needed. This place is fire. Definitely glad they put one in Surprise. I got a slider with Mac and a side of spicy bbq and ranch.

The lady was rude and I found hair in my food will not be going here again it was slow I waited like 20 minutes to get my food

We tried this again to give them another shot since the first time we tried it was the first few days of opening and very busy. This time it was not busy and we drove through and I opened my chicken at the stop light by qt and my chicken was COLD. I don't get it.. who wants to eat cold food?! Disappointed and won't be back. Expensive cold stale food.

Walked in and right away music was so loud I had a hard time hearing the cashier. Manager turned down volume after our request so we could order something without yelling. Cashier asked for a tip just for taking my order. Food was a 6 out 10 and I did not finish my meal. Not going to return as I will be better off cooking at home. The restaurant was empty on a Monday afternoon.

Staff were all polite. The chicken itself was cooked perfectly. But, probably some of the worst seasoning I've ever had on chicken. Couldn't even finish it. It just tasted bad. Go find somewhere that originated in the South for fried chicken. Californians can't do fried chicken.
