Fabulous service. The food was served hot and fresh very quickly. The overall customer service there is excellent. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door with a smiling face. The manger in specific Cecilia, is amazing at her job. She really went above and beyond to make the stores overall atmosphere and ambiance feel friendly and welcoming.

I love Dave's. I think the chicken is good. Buns and slaw and all are good. I do come here a lot BUT ONLY off peak times. Friday through Sunday night don't even bother. Service takes forever. Food ends up cold. Especially if you're taking it to go. Lunch time on most days also a wait. Management really needs to invest in a faster more efficient way to process orders up front and back of the house.

Chicken and the breading had no flavor. Mac and cheese was good as well as the pickles. Drinks should be included in combo deal.

Jose and Melannie were fantastic. My first time in store. They were both very patient. Extremely helpful. Just based on their customer service I will come back,they both were super polite and helpful. Vacaville has great people.

This was my first time trying a Dave's, and it did not let down. The Mac and cheese was just average, but the chicken was super flavorful and juicy. The wait was a little long, but it was worth it.
