We honestly loved working with David. He laid everything out very simply for us, as we are completely new to the home buying process. He was professional yet approachable, and answered every line and every question in a way that was completely clear and understandable to us. He never made us feel inconvenient, even when we asked him to come to the house on a Sunday. :) He was always available and his sense of urgency really helped us secure the home we wanted...thank you so so much David!!!

Honestly I have no clue what I would have done without him, he never made me feel like just another client was was even more attentive than family! hahaha
I contacted David in the beginning of March. He got my docs for the pre-approval on March 8th. I had to contact him to make sure he got my docs, because I didnt hear anything back. The last time I spoke to him, I was told everything is fine overall, just some issues with some personal info one of the co-borrowers that needed to be verified. And thats it. It is extremely hard for to still believe to this day how incredible David was after going through a complete nightmare with my first loan. I was a first time home buyer so did my best to research different lenders, fearing the worst that can happen, the worst that can happen happened! interest rates were higher than disclosed, down payment and fees were higher than disclosed, and monthly payment went up by 500 more on a monthly basis, I was not able to cancel escrow because I would have lost my deposit.
