David Garcia has been very helpful from the first time we talked to him. Right from the beginning he was honest and let us know that he was here to help us with whatever we needed and for as long as it took, whether it be 3 weeks or 3 years. He was constantly involved in the process through and through, like others have said before no matter the time or day he would respond to you as soon as possible. David and his team are the best. They really helped my wife and I navigate through the loan proses. If we had any questions no matter what time of day or night , he would answer are call and go through what ever we had a problem with. With David's help we closed our house 10 days early , I can't thank him enough

I was told by one lender that it wasn't possible to complete a loan under the circumstances I needed... Well, David got it done and loan closed in under 30 days!!!Fees quoted were the same at the end.Prompt quick return phone calls, even after hours. Very happy with the entire process!
