Choosing to work with David was one of the best decisions we made when purchasing our first home. We have bought 15 homes as we moved around the country - some have been horrible lender experiences. BUT this one has been one of the best. David was great - responsive, always available and offered some great advice. His support folks are also great. Kudos to Marissa for being patient with some of my process questions I would highly recommend them versus some of these "mega bank lenders" that are cumbersome, slow and difficult to work with.
